The technology underneath is the same for both. What changes the price is the hands-on work on your knowledge.
Self-Service
You upload your documents yourself, exactly as they are. The affordable way in, which you set up on your own with our step-by-step tutorial videos. If you want help getting started, you can add onboarding for € 199, but you do not have to.
Managed (done for you)
We structure and optimise your material specifically for AI search (RAG), adapt the design to your brand, train it for your industry and keep improving the answers over time. This preparation is the reason for the setup fee and higher monthly price, and for the noticeably better answer quality. Currently at capacity, with new customers joining through the waitlist.
